Ports required


Hi, I’m trialing the cloud based option and cannot view plate images or change configuration of the agent from the cloud. Can you advise what ports need to be open on the client side and from what IP the requests are coming from. I will then talk to the IT dept about having this sorted. Thank you.

The plate images are transported via WebHooks. So, no ports need to be open on the inbound direction. We simply use outbound port 443 to create and maintain that connection.
