Agent Can't Read License plate of Tricycle in Manila Philippines

Hi, I’ve got some of the image of the vehicles on our streets with license plate but it seems can’t read by the openalpr agent.

Can you send me your /var/log/alpr.log file? Are the plates clearly legible? It could be due to insufficient processing speed.
